SITE & INFRASTRUCTURE — ROUTE DU CONDROZ / N63
Infrastructure Nexus: Nandrin/N63
3,689 m² parcel · 89 m road frontage · founder-owned physical site, legally and financially separate from the TechCo R&D programme.
The site is planned as an integrated charging and energy asset: heavy-duty charging, on-site generation and storage coordinated by a single energy-management layer, with water and winter systems designed for year-round operation.

[ 01 ] ⌁ CHARGING
1.2 MW MCS
Megawatt Charging System capacity sized for heavy-duty electric trucks and coaches on the N63 corridor.
[ 02 ] ☀ GENERATION
150 kWp PV
Canopy-mounted photovoltaics supplying on-site load. Annual yield figures are a forecast scenario, not a metered result.
[ 03 ] ▮ STORAGE
200 kW BESS
Battery storage buffering MCS demand peaks and shifting PV surplus, limiting grid-connection stress.
[ 04 ] ◇ CONTROL
Energy Management Role
Orchestrates MCS, PV, BESS and grid import in real time. Load-shifting and tariff models are proposed, not yet operational.
[ 05 ] ◌ WATER
Circular Water Systems
Rainwater harvesting and closed-loop recycling for vehicle washing and site use, reducing mains draw.
[ 06 ] ❄ WINTER OPS
Winter-Operation Infrastructure
Covered bays, battery thermal management and de-icing provisions to keep charging available through Ardennes winters.
Forecast Scenario — capacities reflect the planned site design. Yields, utilisation and proposed tariffs are projections and are not guaranteed results.
