Institutional inquiries and CVC partnerships are welcome for deep-tech industrial collaboration, investment dialogue, and fleet infrastructure deployment in Belgium.
Programme Governance Structure for Institutional Inquiries & CVC Partnerships
Three governance modules frame the programme for investors. Items described as proposals or principles are not finalised agreements.
01
Current KUKA-Based Scope
The current robotic scope is based on KUKA KR120 robots. References to SAHA ROBOTIK are historical and do not describe the present configuration or any current supplier commitment.
02
IP Strategy
Intellectual property is separated into three categories: background IP brought into the programme, project IP generated during it, and subsequent improvements. No patents are claimed as granted.
03
Data Governance
Operational and vehicle data are handled under GDPR principles: purpose limitation, data minimisation, defined access rights and clear separation between TechCo and SiteCo responsibilities.
GOVERNANCE / RISK
Risk Statements & Mitigation
The programme involves experimental development. Outcomes described on this site are research targets, proposals or scenarios unless explicitly stated as validated.
Technical Risk
R&D results are not guaranteed. Mitigated through staged work packages, validation rules and milestone reviews.
Funding & Commercial Risk
Grants, tariffs, adoption and revenue figures are proposals or scenarios, not commitments. Separate TechCo and SiteCo boundaries limit cross-exposure.
Regulatory & Data Risk
Certifications and patents are not claimed as obtained. Data handling follows GDPR principles and defined IP categories.

06 — INVESTOR RELATIONS
Investor Inquiry
Qualified investors may request the prospectus and supporting documentation for the TechCo R&D programme. Requests are reviewed individually; information is shared subject to confidentiality.
Scope of the proposal
The 45% equity proposal concerns TechCo only. The physical site remains founder-owned and is legally and financially separate.
Forward-looking statements
Targets, forecasts and adoption assumptions are scenarios, not guarantees. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer of securities.
