ENTITY 02 — SITE COMPANY
SiteCo Model
The SiteCo is the founder-owned physical site on Route du Condroz / N63, operating the infrastructure and on-site services, legally and financially separate from the TechCo.

- Automated vehicle washing via the 25 m tunnel
- High-power charging services (1.2 MW MCS)
- Restaurant, executive lounge and terrace hospitality
- Testing lab and driver suite access

COMMERCIAL MODEL — SCALE & REPLICATION
European Replication Strategy
The Route du Condroz / N63 site is intended to serve as the reference implementation. Replication is proposed through European licensing of the TechCo software, data and service layer, kept separate from the founder-owned physical SiteCo asset.
Licensing model — proposal
Third-party operators would license the TechCo stack under proposed software, data and service tariffs. No licence agreements are in place.

Site counts, timelines and adoption rates are planning hypotheses only, conditional on validated R&D results.
