Infrastructure Orchestration Systems

Serkan KOÇAK
Founder & Lead, MONACO 63 GROUP
Managing high-precision engineering and R&D infrastructure, I direct the coordination of cyber-physical assets and industrial processes. My expertise in CNC production and automated manufacturing formed the basis for large-scale infrastructure projects involving integrated energy systems.
Currently, I supervise the MONACO 63 HUB in Liège, orchestrating complex R&D in robotics, MCS, and digital twin frameworks for mobility sectors.
MONACO 63 HUB serves as a critical infrastructure center, integrating heavy-duty mobility electrification with advanced energy storage and automation.
As Lead, I oversee technical roadmaps and partner scheduling, ensuring alignment within the SPW framework for heavy-duty logistics validation.
